These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store lumivela.eu (hereinafter "Store"), operated by Lumivela. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Formation of Contract
The display of products in the Store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. Acceptance of the offer is made by sending a shipping confirmation by email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed in the Store are final prices and include applicable VAT where required. Any additional delivery or shipping costs will be clearly stated before the order is completed. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days within Europe. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. In addition, we offer an extended 30-day return policy. For more information, please refer to our Withdrawal Notice and Return Policy.
6. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. If an item is defective upon delivery, you are entitled to subsequent performance, withdrawal, or price reduction in accordance with applicable law. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
7. Retention of Title
Delivered products remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Data Protection
For information on how we collect, process, and use your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law
The law of the Slovak Republic applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Statutory provisions restricting the choice of law and the applicability of mandatory regulations, in particular of the country in which you as a consumer have your habitual residence, remain unaffected.
