Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Starting a Return

To start a return, send us an email at lumivela@lumivela.eu. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you received, and once the return is approved, place a new order.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

For orders within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
